Who We are
BUET Automobile Club is a club for automobile enthusiasts of buet, founded in 201x. It’s moderated by Dr Md Ashiqur Rahman Sir ever since.
The club mainly arranges automobile events, workshops and takes part in international automobile competitions
Things We Do
Among our many activities, a major one is to host the grandiose event AutoFest. During this event, many auto companies come to showcase their vehicles.
AutoShow, a car meetup organized in collaboration with third party organizations takes place. Last time, the partners were Auto Rebellion and Shift. It’s a brilliant view.
CAD Crunch, a CAD (computer-aided design) design competition takes place among university students. This is a great test of drafting competencies and a keen eye for detail.
PostAuto, a poster presentation competition is held where students present their research, opinion or original ideas about designated automobile-related topics.
Among the most important parts of AutoFest is the section CAREER TALK. Our honorable teachers and guests share their experiences and wisdom with us in this section. It is very important due to its organic capability to teach us about the industry around the world and in our country through experts.
Auto Stories is our annual publication. It is the documentation of all our activities and achievements throughout the year.
Industrial visits are arranged to give our members a first-hand experience of the work environment and manufacturing environments in auto industries.
